Terms and Conditions

All products are hand-crafted by members of the veteran and military community.  They are selected for presentation in the VALoR Artisan Studios because of quality of workmanship and value to the community.  Because they are made individually and by hand, they may vary somewhat in color and color combinations.  Each piece is unique and one of a kind.  If you have a special request for a particular design or color combination, please email us and we will consult with the artisan to see if your request can be completed.

We strive to contribute to sustainable environmental practices.  We, therefore, recycle boxes for shipping.  

VALoR Alliance is a social enterprise designed and created to support the military quality of life programs of the VALoR Institute.  The VALoR Community includes all those who have served in or supported the families of those who have served in the military.  That includes Veterans, Active duty members, loved ones of those who have served which includes extended family and friends who have become like family, and all the Reserve Component - Guard and Reserve personnel and families - who often get neglected.
